How to place your order?
Please add "New Order" on the subject line.
Include part number, quantity, shipping address and credit card information on the body. **if you prefer you can call us with the card information, for security reasons**
We will email you a Sales Order confirmation and you will have a chance to confirm the items and the shipping address.
After your confirmation we will get a credit card authorization and starting packing your order
When and how I receive the tracking number?
As soon as we finalize and shipped, we will charge your credit card (The previous authorization will be voided)
You will receive a final paid invoice with the tracking number by email.
Shipping is FREE on orders more than $4000 after any discounts.
The minimum amount is subject to change so please periodically check with us. Free shipping applies to continental USA only. For Canada orders above $4000 we ship FREE to your designated location within USA.
FBA / FBM / Amazon / Dropship Orders?
If you plan to sell on Amazon or Dropship orders and want Lifegard to do the handle shipping we apply additional handling and packaging charges. This covers all the additional requirements that are demanded by Amazon.
